Wildflower Meadow Series

PXL_20210823_203940849.jpg

My wildflower meadow pieces are inspired by flowers I found during surveys of native bees I conducted over the years in various places across Virginia.

Below are references for the various flowers included in my meadow series.

I will be adding plants here as I add them to my pottery.

Find the Bug
on the Mug

There usually between 2-5 insects and other invertebrates hanging out around the flowers and plants. Some are sneaky little buggers just like in real life. Have fun finding them all!

Plant Natives!

The Virginia Native Plant Society is a great resource for planting native plants.
